It appeared to be a fairly new refurb. The caretaker was very pleasant (I accidently met her upon arrival).
very close to the local bus stops & the local taxi company was very good.
The comuterized door lock didn't work effectively possibly due to the cold weather

The location and the cleanliness and the room, was very spaciouse and easy just as you enter the property.
I had a ground floor room with a large window. Would have been nice to have had either net curtains or blinds at the window as I was unable to open the curtain to get natural daylight as felt too exposed to the public/street.

Nice simple room with everything you need there waiting for you and a very lovely woman runs the place. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
The key codes were difficult to find at first but I'm not great with technology 😅

Spacious and clean.
Not the properties fault but I was kept awake throughout the night by neighbours talking very loudly.
