Bien situé. Les métros sont faciles d’accès, café, boulangerie et épicerie à proximité, et le logement est très confortable. C’est propre et lumineux grâce à la grande fenêtre au plafond. Porte sécurisée.
Une fois sur place, je n’ai jamais eu de réponses de l’hôte par rapport à mes questions (ex: eau potable ou non). L’équipement de cuisine est très de base et ça prendrait vraiment un couteau de cuisine car cuisiner avec seulement un couteau à beurre, c’est vraiment pas pratique.

Le logement est très bien situé, à environ 15 minutes à pieds de la gare Montparnasse. Le quartier est très calme et l immeuble aussi. La literie est très bien. Tout le logement est refait avec goût. Il y avait du thé du café et de l eau à disposition dans le frigo. Une très bonne boulangerie situé rue Maindron à environ 150 mètres de l appartement.
Difficultés pour ouvrir le logement avec le code parfois la serrure se déverrouillait mais la porte restait fermée.

The apartment was clean and had most of the necessities..
The building is very old and stinks.. I expected the apartment to have a terrace as shown in the pics but it wasn’t the case.. also, it was in the 4th floor without a lift. I don’t know if it is usual to hear gun shooting at night in Paris but that thing terrified me and my kids.
