All the facilities inside are great - from the decoration and beds to the kitchen additions which help a lot (sugar, salt, oil, cooking dishes). The place is clean spot on. And there is a restaurant downstares which is great.
The apartment is great, for the 4 of us and a baby more than comfortable. But for more people, the living room is not big enough and especialy the eating area. That is the only negative, if more people are in.
