The cleaning part could be better, the major problem on the second floor is moisture on the walls. So for the short stay is ok for long stay no, also avoided if you travel with a kids.

Top location, few minutes walking to gondola
Size of the apartment is excellent for Brzece. It is warm down stairs and a bit cooler first floor, but still ok. Nice balcony.
Parking - if you are lucky to get one of the free 8 spots in front of the building. Otherwise you pay 5-6eur
The building where the apartment resides is not well maintained(not their fault). Neither the apartment itself.
We found smell of smoke/cigarettes inside - due to some neighbors I think, the smoke somehow reached out the interior of the apt, in particular on the first floor. The apartment has everything you need but all amenities are rather old and with serious signs of usage. Many aspects to be fixed, see the photos (mold, spots/stains on the walls, chipped/nicked objects etc) . The freezer door of the fridge is broken and all the food is frozen solid. The water closet is slowly leaking. The shower cabin gets full with water very easy, I guess the sink needs to be cleaned/maintained.
