Große Küche, gut ausgestattet, Herd jedoch nicht voll funktionsfähig. Großer Wohnraum, jedoch z.T. mit abgenutzten „Sperrmüll-Möbeln“ bestückt.
Die Sanitäranlagen sind dringend renovierungsbedürftig: keine Lüftung in WC‘s und Dusche. Das Haus riecht nach Abfluss und ist nicht gut zu lüften. Unterkunft ist sehr abgewohnt. Teilweise mit abgewohnten Möbeln bestückt. Steckdosen in den Schlafzimmer fehlen neben den Betten. Leselampen/Nachtlichter fehlen überwiegend. Garten ist ungepflegt, Gartenmöbel total verstaubt, Treppe von der Terrasse in den Garten hat kein Geländer, unterschiedlich hohe Stufen und ist vermoost. Der Bereich der Außendusche ist brackig, riecht entsprechend und ist der Ausgangspunkt für die Stechmückenplage im Haus.
