L’emplacement, la pièce de vie spacieuse, la vue
L’état de l’appartement (tapis qui se décolle, plafonnage grossier un peu partout, fils électriques apparent, chambres vieillissantes…) Le manque de propreté: poussières, ustensiles de cuisine et tiroirs sales, bouches d’aération dans la salle de bains remplies de poussières, taches sur les draps, etc)

De kamer met badkamer aan het ‘bijgebouwde’ stuk is niet afgescheiden van het andere deel: je hoort alles van in de gang, keuken en living! Een schuifdeur zou beter zijn (de glazen deur houdt geen lawaai tegen)

De locatie kan werkelijk niet beter. We konden vlakbij gratis parkeren, dankzij het handige plattegrondje van de verhuurfirma.
Handig zou zijn als je bij het afhalen van de sleutel een klein pakketje met schoonmaakmateriaal zou meekrijgen (zoals bij CenterParcs), met een doekje om schoon te maken, wat zeep, wc papier, enz. Nu was er vrijwel niks in huis en moesten we zelfs de volgende ochtend al naar de winkel voor wc papier.

Zeer leuke ligging met heel veel lichtinval en een zeer mooie uitzicht op zee. Ruime kamers.
Snijplanken vernieuwen. De coating van alle pannen zijn beschadigd, dringend vernieuwen. Messen zijn bot. Deuren kraken dus moeten gesmeerd worden.
