We made reservations for two rooms. One of the rooms was specifically booked as a twin room because two of my male employees were supposed to stay together in separate beds.
However, on the last day I found out that the room actually had only one bed. I was extremely upset about this situation. My employees did not inform me earlier and simply tolerated the inconvenience during their stay.
When I spoke with the hotel staff, they told me that they understood the problem and were sorry, but that no information regarding a twin-bed request had been received from Booking.com. Unfortunately, despite acknowledging the issue, no solution was offered to us.

Der Pool war abgedeckt und stand nicht zur Verfügung, könnte auch am Wetter gelegen haben 🤷♂️, als ich gebucht habe war das Wetter schöner, als ich angekommen bin
