La stanza molto colorata, bagno piccolo ma molto pulito, letto grande e molto comodo, le tapparelle elettriche. La posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Grande (Corso Italia è quasi davanti alla struttura). La presenza dell'ascensore e la colazione, super: ampia scelta di dolce e salato, frutta e yogurt e tazzine da caffè veramente speciali. La cortesia e disponibilità della padrona di casa che mi ha sistemato in camera anche se sono arrivata ben prima dell'orario del check in.
La mia stanza era sull'angolo con Via Roma, strada trafficata a ridosso dell'area pedonale, e pertanto un po' rumorosa, soprattutto il sabato sera.

This is a tastefully renovated room en suite with a shared kitchen/dining room for the three rooms in the apartment. Good contact with owner, easy check-in. Most of all, it was centrally located, easy walking around the beautiful historic area. Although parking is not guaranteed (owner recommends using nearby public parking), we found a parking place in the street outside on both nights. A great place to stay in Arezzo, a great place to visit.
