Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y está ubicado a una cuadra de la parada de autobús que te lleva al centro de Venecia. El personal muy amable.

L'appartamento è grande ed è vicinissimo a un centro commerciale e alla fermata dell'autobus per Venezia. I ragazzi del personale sono attenti e disponibili. All'arrivo troverete il necessario per la colazione e un dolce benvenuto. Troverete anche tutto il necessario per le pulizie (se vi fermate più giorni).
Essendo al piano terra è molto freddo e umido, internet non va e di conseguenza neanche la TV. Le tende dovrebbero essere un po' più grandi e il contatore non riesce a mantenere l'utilizzo di due elettrodomestici (piano cottura a induzione e condizionatore).

Es un bajo recién remodelado y cuenta con todas las comodidades. El anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento permitiéndonos dejar las maletas en el apartamento antes de hacer el check in, además nos encontramos con un maravilloso detalle de bienvenida. Aunque el apartamento está lejos del casco histórico de Venecia existe una parada de autobús que va directo a 3 minutos andando. Además hay numerosos bares, restaurantes y un pequeño supermercado muy cerca del mismo.
