The flat was clean, tidy and airy. There was a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need. The place is located very close to the station and Venice. Excellent value for money.
Towels were dirty and no supermarkets in the area.

La posizione è ottima, accanto alla stazione, il signore che mi ha accolto molto gentile, le stanze pulite.
Fermo restando che si tratta di una soluzione molto buona in cui stare, consiglierei alcune migliorie. Ad esempio dare 3 asciugamani invece di 2 (e vedo che a Mestre succede spesso...). La smart tv non funzionava, non mi è riuscito neanche di collegarla al wifi. La presa elettrica vicino al letto ci vuole, e non semplicemente una presa usb. Stanza abbastanza rumorosa la mattina presto, ma di certo non è colpa della locazione breve.

Nella prenotazione è indicata l’aria condizionata ma non è presente, c’è solo un ventilatore che ovviamente non rinfresca abbastanza. Materasso scomodo. Bagno privato esterno alla stanza (camera 8) non segnalato nella prenotazione. Bisogna attraversare l’area comune per arrivarci ed è accanto alle altre stanze, quindi privacy nulla.
