Very friendly staff . 3 lovely ladies who were always willing to help , Giulietta , Desiree and a 3 rd lady whose name i don’t know .

This was such a wonderful find. The location is almost unbeatable, the staff is absolutely fantastic (much better than many other hotels of this category I´ve been to in Italy), the breakfast is outstanding and rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would definitely go back any time.
I struggle when hotels lack a bar/common space with sofas to wait or relax. Also I feel that the system to get into the hotel can be quite annoying and we always had to wait quite some time for someone to let us in.
