The location was very good, being close to the tram line and the city itself. The biggest problem was dealing with an A1 automated messaging service when attempting to access the property. Instructions were poor and contradictive. Keys and remotes were securely locked inside of the apartment block and not accessible. The automated gate entry system did not work and it was only when a resident used her keys and remote were we able to gain entry.
Accessibility and accumulated rubbish discarded at the front of the property by the gate. The toaster was broken (We purchased a new one ourselves) The kitchen/bathroom fan did not work and some cooking utensils were absent. Beyond the complaints they apartment was nice with Netflix for the children a spotless interior and great location helped us endure the incidentals.

Le logement est bien situé par rapport au centre ville, proche des stations metro-tram.
La place de parking associée au logement est un plus.

Très bien décoré très propre, rien à redire, tout était parfait
L’appartement est très bien sécurisé, portail électrique et badge pour accéder, Décoré avec goût, proche du centre de Rouen. Pour une famille à quatre ou des amis c’est idéal ! Je recommande vivement !

Le logement était particulièrement propre et bien équipé. L'hôte apporte beaucoup de soin à son logement et se montre soucieux de ses locataires dans les petits détails.
Le logement est fidèle aux photos.
Les oreillers n'étaient pas confortables. Il manque de vraies lampes de chevet dans les chambres et ce serait un plus d'avoir un miroir dans chaque chambre.
Il faudrait préciser dans les instructions d'arrivée que nous devons d'abord récupérer les clés du logement afin de pouvoir entrer sur le parking de la résidence.
Par ailleurs, nous n'avons pas réussi à joindre l'hôte via la messagerie de Booking.
