L'appartenenza è molto bello, funzionale, pulitissimo, silenzioso. La palazzina molto originale, ariosa ed elegantemente ristrutturata. La zona è ottima essendo centrale, ma appena defilata e quindi molto tranquilla.
Il bagno senza finestra, ma comunque c'è la ventola e l'appartamento è molto arioso. Da tenere in considerazione, se si hanno passeggini o difficoltà motorie, il fatto che l'appartamento sia ad un secondo piano senza ascensore. Al riguardo va sottolineato che Chiara è stata comunque gentilissima aiutandoci con i bagagli.
