It's 5 min to my son's house
The carpet
First impressions when walking in the stickers all over, the stairs carpet was extremely dirty in my opinion, there was a smell

The space and the tub.
For me the mattress was a bit to hard.

It was located fairly close to the venue we were visiting in Vancouver, and was in a quiet, residential street. I do not recall hearing noise from outside on the street, or from elsewhere in the house. The bedroom and bathroom were quite spacious. There was a quite intricate shower with various setting and directions for the water to flow/spray. The bathtub was large, and I think it may have jets, though I did not get to use it. The beds were firm, which was our preference, and we were provided with enough clean towels. We did not have much interaction with staff, but none was really needed.
There was a Brita water filter, but it was empty, and when I put water into it, it did not flow through. But that is quite minor.
