Beautiful remodel. Very nice. Great location for us. Spacious.

Not insulated between the basement apartment and the first floor. We were woken up very early in the morning from mysterious loud swishing water sounds (clothes washer?) from above. Steep stairs down to basement which might be challenging for guests with mobility issues. Small kitchen area is nice but lacks a microwave oven.

I liked the size and layout of the suite. I liked the location. It was close to a good beach and coffee shops.

My only complaint is there was no microwave.

Great location! Plenty of space. Easy parking. Basic, but clean.

Misleading page and poor communication from host. Key was said to be under mat, it was not and instead door was unlocked and we found the keys inside. No guidance on anything beyond entry and WiFi. Listed to have a hot tub/jacuzzi which was a big reason for our staying here, does not exist and we messaged 2 times with no response. Can tell they added decor for the photos that are lacking (different lamps, no rugs). Towels felt like sandpaper. The tower fan was missing the remote and I had to look up the model and download an app to use it, but no instructions on that either.
