Location. Karen who you deal with is a lovely person to deal with and very organised
I didn’t like when I rang the owner Edward about a problem with the shower and about logs for the fire. The shower problem sorted. But he just told me to go and buy logs even though they was a shed full of them outside we did offer to pay extra but he said there’s a garage down road that sell them. I like an open fire reason I booked a cottage with an open fire. So I’d advise you to take your own if you stay here and want to use it.

Fantastic property, really great size bedrooms and very comfy beds. Well heated and cosy throughout. Kitchen facilities and bathroom facilities are excellent. Lovely fireplace with wood burning stove. Dining area and conservatory both very lovely too! The walks in the area are fantastic and we were lucky enough to get snow for New Year. We went on a lovely forest walk up to the Glenlivet distillery. It's a really lovely walk! We also appreciated the dog friendly policy.
We liked everything, but we might suggest that the check out time be changed to the standard 10am. We did ask the host if we could change the check out time and they did oblige so this wasn't really an issue. But, 10am is the standard check out time and I think other guests may feel the same way.
