This apartment is ideal for up to six people, including children. Located on the third floor (with elevator), it consists of: · LIVING ROOM AND BALCONY: A beautiful living room with a lounge and dining area. The lounge area has a very comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two people. The dining area allows you to enjoy a nice dinner at home after a long day of sightseeing. A TV with a connected decoder is also available. The living room opens onto a superb terrace, which is the highlight of this apartment. With very few neighbors, you can enjoy a lounge area and a dining table to soak up the sun and enjoy your meals in summer. The sunset is not to be missed! This is the only place in the apartment where smoking or vaping is allowed. · KITCHEN: An open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, and microwave offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's up to you to revisit the delicious dishes of Alsatian cuisine! We also provide everything you need for breakfast: a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. · BEDROOM 1 Large, minimalist bedroom with a storage cupboard for maximum comfort. You can rest and relax in a queen-size bed with high-quality bedding. · BEDROOM 2 The second bedroom also has a double bed and a closet and is ideal for children during family stays. There is also a small sofa where you can browse through a book or read a story to your children before bedtime. · SHOWER ROOM: A shower room with a towel dryer and a washing machine will be at your disposal. We provide a hairdryer and all toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo, etc.). · TOILET The toilet is separate from the bathroom for added comfort. · OTHER The apartment has high-speed WiFi. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we also provide the following: - bed linen (not changed during your stay) - bath towels and bath mats (not changed during your stay) - kitchen towel (not changed during your stay) - hand soap (not replaced during your stay) - tea and coffee (not replenished during your stay) - kitchen essentials: salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, etc. (not replenished during your stay) We ALWAYS carry out a thorough cleaning of the apartment for your comfort and peace of mind. We will be forced to retain your security deposit in the event of any damage to the property. Please note that the property is non-smoking and vaping is not permitted inside. This is only tolerated at the entrance to the building, where an ashtray is provided for this purpose. No parties, pets, or excessive noise are allowed. Arrivals are possible from 3:00 PM. Arrivals are independent, with a secret code to access the building and collect the keys from a key box. We will provide you with the secret codes before your arrival. Departure is also independent, with keys to be returned to a key box. Arrival times are from 3:00 p.m. and departure times are always before 11:00 a.m. We remind you that the accommodation is non-smoking and that vaping is also strictly prohibited in the apartment. We have a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. Therefore, if we find any traces or residue (smell, burns, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to demand financial compensation.
