This stylish 60 m² apartment in Gaienhofen accommodates up to 2 guests. In the open living area, you will find a large double bed with stunning views of Lake Constance towards Konstanz and Reichenau Island. The spacious living area features a cozy sofa corner, a large dining table, and an open kitchen—perfect for cooking and relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV with video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, fan, and heating in both the living area and bathroom ensure your comfort. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer; bed linen and towels are provided.



Enjoy the exceptional lake view from your private balcony, furnished with garden furniture and a sunshade for relaxing moments outdoors.



The apartment is on the third floor of a well-maintained residential building and offers a communal parking space on site. Public transport is easily accessible, and the lake is just a 3-minute walk away.
