About this house rental
Step into this bright, open-concept 1300 sq foot living space with stylish décor & cozy touches throughout. You’ll love the private ground level entrance, yard & quiet neighbourhood. Perfected located just 1 block from a stunning ocean walkway that stretches all the way to downtown Victoria. Steps from Saxe Point, Macaulay Point— ideal for ocean views, kayaking, fishing, or a peaceful seaside stroll. Ask us about getting upgraded access to the gorgeous indoor sauna to relax after a day of exploring!
Once inside you’ll be greeted by a bright open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room—a warm, inviting space to relax, cook, and share meals.
🛏 Bedrooms
The suite offers two full bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: One queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Two twin beds
Perfect for a couple with kids, two couples, or a small group of friends.
🍳 Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for an easy stay, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Enjoy breakfast at the counter bar, or gather for dinner at the marble dining table that seats six.
🛋 Living Room
Relax in the living area with a 55” TV, a comfy couch, and two lounge chairs—a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploring Victoria.
🔥 Sauna (additional fee)
Want to upgrade your experience? We also offer access to our built-in 4-person hot rock sauna, perfect for unwinding and relaxing giving you the getaway you deserve! This can be added to your stay at an additional fee of $250.
🧺 Convenience
The suite includes its own washer and dryer for your convenience.
🌿 Outdoor Space, Access & Storage Space
Your private entrance begins through a gate into the side yard, wrapping around to the back of the house where you’ll enter your suite. Guests have access to a private green space—a grassy area surrounded by mature trees, perfect for a peaceful moment outdoors.
During the spring & summer months you will also have use of the outdoor furniture so you can enjoy time in the yard.
There’s also a large storage/mud room ideal for bikes, luggage, or outdoor gear.
You’ll have the entire suite to yourself, but my wife and I live in the upper suite and are always happy to help if you need anything. Please note: as this is a heritage home (built in 1912), some sound may travel between the floors. During your stay you might hear light footsteps, voices or our friendly pets, Obi 🐶 and Gary 🐱. We promise to be mindful of noise and hope you can do the same :)
