About this house rental
This new 430 square foot suite in a carriage home is in a great location to explore the southern part of Vancouver Island. The area has so much to explore and our location offers both access to the bus stops and the Galloping goose trail only 200 metres away. In less than a minute walk you can be sitting on a shared dock space immersed in the amazingly peaceful, serene Sooke Ocean Basin. Take a gentle kayak ride and enjoy the ocean basin with all its array of wildlife up close. Just want to chill out, enjoy the view from your patio or take a relaxing soak in the soft hot tub.
Inside the suite has a fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, and two tvs with internet based viewing options. It has both in floor heating and a heat pump to provide heating and air conditioning. The suite is located on the ground floor with an occupied suite above you.
