This 84 m² modern apartment offers two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to six guests. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, it features a fully equipped kitchen, TV with multiple channels, and high-speed internet.
The bathroom with bathtub and toilet is en-suite to one of the bedrooms and accessed through that room only. Quiet and comfortable thanks to double glazing, the apartment also includes three small balconies for added enjoyment.
The Space:
As from 25th July 2025, there is air conditioning in one bedroom and in the living room.
You will find all the necessary comfort to spend a pleasant stay:
- two comfortable double beds
- a sofa bed
- a washer dryer
- a dishwasher
- a hair dryer
- a TV connected to the internet
- an oven
- a microwave
- a fridge, freezer
- all cooking utensils
- towels
- sheets
- unlimited wireless internet (WiFi)
Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment.
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request for an additional charge of €40 each for the entire stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a very quiet area, near Parc Monceau which is today one of the most pleasant garden of Paris. A garden both family and romantic.
Getting Around:
Metro line 2 (Courcelles station) is a 3-minutes walk from the apartment. A little further, at 6-minutes walk, you can also take the metro line 3 at Malesherbes. Visiting Paris has never been so easy!
You can also enjoy the view by taking the bus, bike and electric scooter.
Uber and taxi are also very easy to take.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is as from 16:00 hours.
An ID will be required upon arrival.
