Studio bonito e bem localizado.
Apesar de algumas falhas, eu considero um bom custo/benefício
Somente na véspera da hospedagem fui informada de que a cortina não estava funcionando. A luminosidade não me deixou dormir bem: à noite tinha a luminosidade da iluminação pública e ao amanhecer o quarto já estava claro.
Não há frigobar no Studio.
Há elevador no prédio, porém há alguns degraus no hall de entrada.

O quarto é excelente e a cama é bem confortável. A localização também é sensacional, a poucos passos da estação de trens.
A climatização tivemos de deixar desligada pois só esquentava o quarto demais, por mais que se tentasse regular. Mas o que faz muita falta é um frigobar. Se vc quiser beber algo gelado à noite não há como.

We were fine, but several other parties of guests had problems with communicating with management and accessing the building and/or their rooms.

Good location and perfect overnight stop following arrival in afternoon Bernina Express. Remote check in straightforward. Just responsive to messages.
Multiple pre-arrival check-in steps and messages through the app.
Glass shower sliding door broken.
Only 1 coffee pod each which was miserly considering the price paid!
