We got one of the two bedroom suites, which was perfect for our family of three. Very clean, heating was adequate, and extremely conveniently located (less than 100m
from the Tirano train station, from which we took the Bernina Express). Good communication from the property, and check-in was quick and easy. Very pleasant staff at the reception.

The staffs were not friendly and couldn’t speak English well! They treated the guests like a dog! They even charged the extra cost for kid who was 4.5 years old as an adult! However Agoda charged me the hotel rooms but when I checked out I have to pay for the accommodation again! And hence I called Agoda why the hotel changed me again because I have paid when I initially booked the hotel, and that Agoda will investigate it!

Both rooms we stayed were huge and clean! So close to Bernina to catch the first trip in the morning . Thank you also for the help when we were looking for this place and were kinda lost and the one from Bernina was super nice and patient in giving instructions. :) however, we Booked the suite room on the 5th floor but didn’t know elevator is up to 4th floor. :( it was so hard for us to get into the top floor with our heavy luggages.
Btw, they served good breakfast!
