When I arrived, I was actually told to go to the Cavendish Hotel Annexe reception, it is all the same chain which I didn’t know and was impressed how effortless it was and clean and friendly all the staff are, very happy with my stay.
No complaints. I wish I had known that there is a small chain of hotels that are linked if I had known that I wouldn’t have gone to the wrong address. This is very minor and not a dislike. I will still continue to book regularly as I work locally.

Well located for me, very clean, shower was powerful and hot, fridge and microwave were a bonus and enabled me to eat healthily. Secure car park was very welcome.
Communication ahead of booking wasn’t brilliant. I asked a couple of questions and neither was answered. I had to call to obtain code for car park.
