Private: garden (fenced), swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: sauna, hot tub (all included). Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 900 m, bar 3 km, bus stop 300 m, park "del Brik" 400 m. Nearby attractions: Asti 15 km, Alba 44 km, Torino 70 km. Please note: car recommended. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
