Superb location, wonderful lake view, beautiful old castle-like building, beautiful rooms with large balconies, large swimming pool and well equipped Spa. Excellent restaurant. Very welcoming, friendly, attentive and helpful staff.

Amazing view! Very polite staff. Room clean and spacious. Wonderful heated pool with lake views.
TV didn’t work at all (I needed cartoon channels for my daughter), bedside reading lamps didn’t work and I had to read using my phone’s flashlight… there was no outlet near coffee machine and tea kettle (we ended up putting them on the floor, since that was the closest available outlet 🤷🏻‍♀️). Hotel is very good but for that money I honestly expect things to be organised better.
