About this house rental
Very conveniently located in the centre of Niagara Peninsula in the north part of Welland - one of the best and safe areas in the city. Very quiet dead-end street but just a 5-minute walk to Niagara College.
Less than 30 minutes drive to everything you may want to visit - lake Erie, lake Ontario, Niagara Falls.
A newly renovated lower level separate unit, big windows above the ground with a lot of natural lights (not a basement). Separate side entrance behind the fence. Ideal for 1-2 people.
This is a lower separate unit. The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a rec room that offers guest privacy, equipped with a sofa bed, a TV with Netflix and Amazon, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen. You will have your own private entrance at the side door, but please note that there is a common hallway that leads to the laundry area where we may occasionally meet.
Please keep in mind:
Our family lives upstairs, so you may occasionally hear sounds from above. There is no designated handicap parking available; only regular street parking is offered. Additionally, there are a few steps to access the unit. This space is ideal for up to 2 guests or for a family of three (two adults and one child).

The property is in a nice neighborhood,however parking for VRBO is on the road.The small apartment is very cozy.We would definitely come here again.
