The apartment was not as clean as it should have been. Despite mentioning that there was five in our party, there were only 4 towels available. We had to ask for a fifth one. The apartment is adequate if you do not anticipate spending a lot of time there.

I thought when I booked it said “whole house”. It could have been my mistake but I never would have rented it if I knew someone was upstairs. Also, the laundry is shared, so the upstairs occupant came down while I was there. Other than that it was great. Clean and tidy, but no tea or coffee or anything like that.

The location is excellent, only about 25 minutes from Niagara Falls. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance. Additionally, one of the rooms feels too small to comfortably fit two beds.
I would recommend upgrading the beds and mattresses to improve comfort and provide a better experience for future guests.
