- Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, and cookware.
- Two independent bedrooms: each with a double bed and storage.
- Bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
- Separate toilet for added convenience.

The Cathedral: the historic heart of the city, with medieval streets, half-timbered houses, and landmark buildings such as the Maison Kammerzell and Palais Rohan.

- Street parking is difficult and expensive (red zone: €35 for 3 hours).
- Recommended parking: Bateliers covered parking (Rue de Zurich), 6 minutes on foot, €20 / 24 h.
- Free street parking is available from 19:01 to 08:59, but spaces are limited.
- Tram stops "Gallia" (lines C, E, F) and "République" (lines B, C, E, F) are 300 m away. Gare: 11 min (line C) and European institutions: 9 min (line E).
