Tucked away in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac just moments from London Bridge, our home offers the perfect balance of quiet comfort and unbeatable access to everything London has to offer. A 5-minute walk takes you to London Bridge Station, one of the city’s best-connected transport hubs, giving you direct links across London, to airports, and beyond.

Double bedroom: 2.7m x 2.6m (double bed 1.4m x 2m)

Our home is in a very quiet neighbourhood, perfect for sleeping in and relaxing. Gatherings are welcomed as long as noice is kept to a minimum after 10pm. We've put in a noise detector to keep things peaceful. It means we can enjoy family moments without causing any disturbances for our neighbours. It's not a party house, just a very cozy home.
*No smoking inside
Our home is a breath of fresh air, and we like to keep it that way. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, but don't worry - our garden is a perfect spot for a tranquil smoke (as long as the buds are disposed in a used water bottle with water and not on the floor.
*No pets (sorry!)
Additionally, we cherish the well-being of our little one, who has allergies, so we kindly request not to bring pets inside our home. Together, we create a space where everyone can breathe easy and enjoy the comfort of a clean and allergen-free environment.
*Booking on-street parking in advance
If you would like to have access to on-street parking near the house, please do let me know as soon as you can, so I can book it early which increases the odds of a successful booking. The cost will be £15 for each day.
