About this house rental
Apartment on the second floor of a renovated farmhouse, located outside the village in a quiet area. Excellent location on Lake Maggiore, between Arona and Sesto Calende, easily accessible from the Lakes Highway. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all accessories, including a coffee machine, kettle, and oven. In the living room/kitchen you will find a comfortable extendable dining table and a sofa bed (ideal for one person). The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a shower. There are a washing machine, drying rack, and iron. Upon request, for the little ones, a crib or small bed and a high chair are available. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. You can park inside the courtyard, under cover. You may leave your luggage in case you arrive before check-in. Smoking is only allowed outside. Bicycles and small boats are available for rent upon reservation; all information is provided in the apartment. Upon arrival, we will be happy to welcome you, handing you the keys, bed linen, and towels. We are available for advice on restaurants and the most beautiful places in the area. Nearby you will find supermarkets, tobacconists, and a 24-hour pharmacy. Milan is easily reachable by train from Sesto Calende station. Arona offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the possibility to organize boat trips to the Borromean Islands and Locarno, Switzerland. Numerous bars and restaurants will allow you to enjoy aperitifs and excellent dinners.
