This modern loft is very spacious studio with a private sun deck, overlooking the Venice neighborhood and fantastic sunsets. Situated only blocks from Abbot Kinney Boulevard and Main Street the rental place has easy access to wonderful restaurants, eclectic stores, galleries, the Venice canals, walk streets and the world famous Venice Boardwalk. We provide beach cruisers with locks for our guests - the best way to get around in Venice and live like a local.
The property is just a five minute bike ride from the beach and the Venice breakwater for great surfing. Only a fifteen minute drive from LAX, and a short drive to Santa Monica, West Hollywood, downtown Los Angeles, Malibu, or Hollywood, this guesthouse is the perfect location for work, a weekend adventure or an extended stay.
Featuring a king size bed, full kitchen, dining table for 4, living area, 2 closets, a full bathroom with a 6’ soak tub, a separate shower, comfortable radiant floor heating and a washer/dryer closet. We supply cable TV, Broadband Internet/Fios high speed 150/150 WiFi internet, 2 beach cruisers for your use. Secure & private with separate entrance. Off street parking right next to entry.

I almost hate to share this as it's such a special place...wonderfully located (walking distance to everything from great coffee to Whole Foods); totally quiet, very private; very comfortable with all the basics plus nice things like beach towels and the use of two bikes.

This is a wonderful space, comfortable, beautifully appointed and designed, for those who like the urban setting in Venice. The support people were amazing and I loved my stay. Very livable kitchen, bed and very nice bath. The hosts have done a great job in attending to the aesthetics as well as the livability factors. I was able to work remotely very easily as well.

I have stayed in the Indiana Loft numerous times and It has always been comfortable and clean. It's a great location and all the amenities you could want are included. The service provided by Aaron was perfect. If you are looking for a modern and comfortable place to stay in Venice...this is the one!
