You can walk or bike everywhere, (but 2-car parking is included) as well as use of 2 bikes, shared boats, outdoor eating and BBQ area, brand new 32' LED HDTV with DVR + DVD player, phone + free nationwide & Canada calling, Hi-speed WiFi Internet, beach chairs, all utilities, linens and all kitchen utensils, plus a laundry room with washer & dryer. You seriously won't want to leave. Queen bed + Twin Daybed + Twin Bed trundle sleeps total of 4. One Mile to Santa Monica, 40 minutes to Disneyland, 15 minutes to Malibu, 14 mins to LAX, Great location! All furnishings brand new, beautiful, clean, light and bright. **Check out my reviews**

Perfect location and nicely decorated room. We highly recommend this cottage. In our opinion it is suitable for 2 persons and not a family of 4 as we where. But the location is perfect close to the Beach and lots of nice restaurants closeby

A perfect little gem on the canals and very close to the beach, cafes, good restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Loved our beach house. So convenient to everything Venice Beach has to offer.
Kristen and Carol were very accommodating to our every need. Looking forward to our next visit to CA.
