Welcome to our holiday home, a peaceful oasis nestled in the unspoiled Umbrian countryside at the foot of Mount Subasio. Located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building, the house is just 4 km from the medieval village of Spello and 6 km from the charming town of Assisi—two of the region’s most popular destinations.
The apartment is fully independent, featuring a private entrance and a spacious fenced garden—perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying views of the Umbrian hills, or dining in the shade of a tree. The garden is also ideal for those traveling with children or pets.
Inside, you’ll find comfortable spaces: a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining table, and lounge area; a cozy double bedroom with air conditioning; a second bedroom with a double bed; and a bathroom with a shower. The furnishings combine simplicity and warmth.
The location, set in the countryside yet close to towns, lets you enjoy a tranquil holiday without giving up the convenience of nearby services and easy access to explore Umbria—from the trails of Monte Subasio Park to local food, wine, and cultural routes in the surrounding cities.
