About this house rental

My home is nestled in the green hills above the lake 200 meters from the shore and has a splendid view.
It is a single house with separate entrance porch parking and a large terrace where you can eat and watch the sunset.
From here you can reach in a moment Perugia Assisi Spello Spoleto or Tuscany.
In 5 minutes you can get off the beaches and pools or get a nice bike ride around the lake.
