The property was clean, cozy and fun. 🤩
I have bad knees and didn’t realize the steps. It was a challenge for me to get down to the house. But, there was nothing else I disliked about this property.

An absolutely stunning property. What i wouldn't give to have a kitchen like this one.
Perfect for a family with elementary aged kids and older.
It is difficult to have a child 2 or under here because of the stairs.

I was looking for a quiet stay away from the city, and Megan's beautifully designed Monte Rio house was perfect. I loved that the house was surrounded by nature, away from the hustle.
As an avid cook, I must say the kitchen was one of the best features of this house, and I thoroughly enjoyed cooking there.
I wanted to share a few tips regarding the house, especially if you are visiting during the colder months.
I arrived in December, and it was quite chilly. I strongly recommend bringing layers, as the temperature drops quickly. While the wall heater is effective, the house gets cold very fast once the heating is turned off.
