The back patio is beautifully landscaped, spacious enough for alfresco dining, and features a private hot tub. Inside, the open floor plan boasts a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a charming dining area that seats four.
THINGS TO KNOW
-Please be aware that the Russian River area has many narrow, windy roads, and that many homes are on hills and some have many stairs. If either of these factors could be an issue for you, please discuss your concerns with us before booking a home.
-Docks, river access, and watercraft (if applicable) are seasonal. Please contact us for details on availability.
-This home does not have AC.
-Maximum occupancy is four guests. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
-This property is managed by Vacasa Seasonal Inc.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location is spot on and the area is beautiful. The house was clean and well furnished. There were a couple of things that needed fixing, but it was only an inconvenience,

I love the Villa Grande neighborhood and it was a joy to stay there. The house (and hot tub!) were very clean. Beds were comfy. The two issues were (1) the codes did not open the front door or garage, and we had to call Vacasa to get the lockbox code to get physical keys to get in. The door thing was loose and it was challenging to lock and unlock. (2) we had to do some laundry and while it was running, none of the sinks or showers would run any water. Otherwise it took over 5 minutes to get the water warm-hot and water pressure was generally low.
