Welcome to The ATX Oasis! Located in the best neighborhood, Tarrytown (where many Austin celebs live!). There is a heated pool and spa with a waterfall, ping pong table, cornhole, outdoor TV, speakers, bar + grill. Very close to downtown, Lake Austin & UT! *READ BELOW*
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. PLEASE CONTACT BEFFORE BOOKING IF UNDER 30. It's a great place to have fun and relax, but if you're looking to blast music and party late into night, this isn't the spot for you.

Bonus Sleeping Nook: Two beds built into a nook in the upstairs hallway. One is 66"x60" and the other is 63"x60". Perfect for kids or adults who want their only sleeping space.

10 minutes or less to Downtown, 6th street, UT Campus, and Lake Austin
Please NOTE: The property is next to the highway so you will hear it despite there being a huge sound wall (that does help a lot). There is a train that goes by as well. Most guests don't have any issues, but please be aware if this is something that may bother you!
Walkable to tacos and coffee at Littlefield’s (local favorite!)
Upscale neighborhood just outside the hustle — easy Uber access
