It was only a 5 min walk from the nearest tram stop which is ideal for when I stay in Manchester. It was very secure in the means of how each room is individually kept safe from each other.

Not a whole lot wrong with it. You get what you pay for, especially with the price on a Saturday night for majority of places in Manchester.

Clean and calm place

Very clean room and toilets are new ..

It felt like home from home especially being able to cook your food etc instead of having to pay to eat out. Aldi was only 15 minute walk away so perfect

Only problem was one of the bathrooms light wasn’t working but there was another bathroom obviously just needed a new bulb but I messaged the owner so should be sorted.

For the price, the house was reasonably maintained, and it was super quiet, warm, and location was great.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the curtains could've been adjusted (way too long!). Safety-wise, I was a bit uneasy with the room lock that could potentially lock you in the room from outside. Property access via TTLock app was a bit hit-or-miss, relying on phone battery and internet. Unfortunately, the bathroom had mould and the kitchen had an awkward smell, didn't feel super clean.
