About this house rental
Exceptional unspoiled views over the French Riviera from this four double-bed, four bathroom, Provencal-style mid-Century fully restored house spread over two floors with stunning views from every room. Additional garden studio has double bed and en-suite shower.
Wake up with your own personal terrace off the Master Bedroom. Bright and characterful bathrooms all freshly redecorated with new air-con, and new or vintage furniture.
Stunning terrace on same level as kitchen/lounge, stretching from outside lounging and dining areas to the pool. Railings provide a fully childproof area between terrace and pool. Big TV room and relaxing lounge (with sofa bed). Garden area to explore. Parking for up to three cars.
Fortified Medieval town of Tourettes-sur-Loup is an easy scenic 15-minute walk or a 3-minute drive, with it's beautiful streets, market square with boulangerie, boucherie and plenty of wonderful restaurants, wine bars and cafes.
Golf, tennis, playground, the Violet Museum nearby and only a short drive to St Paul de Vence and Grasse, home of the famous Fragonard perfume factory and workshops. Climbing, hiking, cycling, pot-holing, canyoning, all within minutes. Nice Airport is an easy 30-minute drive away.
The combination of epic views, walkable to Tourrettes-sur-Loup, and newly refurbished period house with all entertainment on the same level make this a very rare proposition. I searched 15 years in the area for this house, and bought it the moment I saw it and set about a meticulous and sympathetic renovation.
It now boasts new aircon in all rooms, new flooring and redecoration everywhere. Renovated and heated pool (it can be dialled up to over 30!). Enough outdoor areas to ensure privacy if you want.
Including the Studio, the house has 5 bedrooms, and with a sofa bed in the TV room/Biblioteque, there are a total of six double beds. But we don't want to over-crowd the house, so have a limit of 8 persons staying. You are welcome to use all the 5 bedrooms and the sofa-bed, but within the 8 person limit, Typically, this might be 2 couples, 3 children (two sharing in one of the rooms), and a nanny/aunt in the studio - totalling 8 guests over 5 rooms. Lets discuss your personal needs and I'm sure we can accomodate.
We have a regular cleaner, gardener, pool-man, and a delightful house manager who lives locally and speaks fluent French and English.
Wifi is high speed fibre. There is central heating as well as aircon everywhere.
We will be installing a Boule/Petanque piste for Summer 2026, and providing a table-tennis table should this be required.

We had an incredible stay at this villa in August '25. The property was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully styled throughout. The private pool and outdoor entertaining areas were perfect for relaxing, with stunning sea views looking across towards Antibes. The outdoor dining area and BBQ setup made evenings especially enjoyable.The location is ideal - just a short walk to the charming village of Tourrettes, where there is a fantastic variety of restaurants and bars. We enjoyed several outstanding meals during our stay and were truly spoiled for choice. The villa is also perfectly situated for day trips to the coast or exploring the picturesque landscapes of Provence. A highlight for us was a day of canyoning in the nearby mountains with our children - very beautiful scenery and great fun. Check-in was effortless, with Isabell meeting us on arrival, explaining everything in detail, and ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We can’t recommend this villa highly enough.
