The Space:
This is a newly converted, furnished, 4-bedroom terraced house. Located on this quiet residential street at the edge of York City centre, walking distance to the city walls. With Waitrose and Morrisons around the corner, a host of takeaways and public houses are also nearby.
As you enter the bright hallway with wall mounted coat rack, there is an option to have the ground floor reception room as either double bedroom with wardrobe and side table. The second reception has two 3-seater, studded leather sofas, wall mounted mirror upon a wooden slat wall effect feature wallpaper. With, dining table and trunk style chest of drawers.
