One set of keys to get in and out. Limited quantity of starter/supplies/toilet rolls to accommodate 6 people.

Fabulous location. Clean, tidy with plenty of room. Can see and hear the Minster too which is wonderful.
There isn’t enough water pressure to run the two showers simultaneously. For 6 guests, we then had to take it in turns to shower which isn’t ideal for an 800 pound stay.

Lounge & Kitchen were nice. Bedrooms fine with good storage and our mattress was comfy.
The stairs up from the front door v steep. I think a warning to visitors would be a good idea. An international traveller with a large suitcase would struggle. The pillows were too hard and thick, and I thought the bedlinen a bit tired. Floor 1 shower bathroom poor and cramped.
