This spacious 120 square meter maisonette spans two levels and combines comfort and functionality with a refreshing garden pool view, making it a perfect retreat for families or small groups seeking a leisurely stay on Crete’s beautiful northern coast. Thoughtfully designed, the property features two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds, providing restful accommodations for up to four guests. With two modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower, the space offers added comfort and convenience for longer stays. Natural light fills the interiors, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites relaxation from the moment you arrive. The living area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing light meals or enjoying your morning coffee. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
