Hanson House features an open-concept design with soaring vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and French doors that lead to wonderfully inviting “Classic Chautauqua” porches. There is a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, with custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, dual sinks, and a peninsula island perfect for gathering, cooking, and conversation. The kitchen flows effortlessly into the bright and airy dining and living areas, ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a day of adventures in and around the institution and the lake.
The primary suite is a peaceful retreat space on the first floor with a custom king bed, generous closet space, an accessible en-suite bath, as well as a private entrance to a cozy side porch. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms are upstairs (one with twin beds and one with a queen and private sitting alcove), along with a full bath, and a relaxed common area featuring both a single sleeper chair and a queen sleeper sofa -- ideal for families or guests. There's also a fully finished lower level with foosball, ping pong, and game tables and more space for guests since there's also a private bedroom and a full bath.
