A restored vineyard house, respecting its original architecture, is located halfway between Le Mans and Tours, in the hills above the Loir Valley, on the owners' working farm.
Explore the many hiking and mountain biking trails that border the property.
Nearby: Bercé state forest, Varennes lake water sports center (Marçon), trout fishing in the Dinan River (fishing license required), Le Mans race track, Loire Valley castles, etc.
The property offers a peaceful, unfenced setting with breathtaking views of the countryside.
Located in the hamlet of "Le Pavillon," access is via a 300-meter walk through the "La Tibergerie" farm along a public road.
Ground floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area in the veranda with a double sofa bed and TV.
Heating is provided by a pellet stove. (With a ceiling vent for heating the upper floor)
Access to the second-floor bedroom is via an external stone staircase: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a bathroom (sink and shower), and a toilet. A steep, narrow staircase leads from this bedroom to the third-floor bedroom: 3 single beds (90 cm).
Included: bed linen (beds made).
Cleaning fee: €50 (additional charge).
Heating fee: €10 per night (additional charge).
