About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming 130 m² house in Téteghem to rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people. It comprises a 34 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 2,600 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 34 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area with decorative fireplace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) convertible into two twin beds (90×200) and a study area
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a study area
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath and double washbasin
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Outside:
- A beautiful 2,600 m² private, enclosed, west-facing garden
- A 16 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair and cot.
The house is ideally located in Téteghem, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Bowling, Bio-Topia Zoo in Fort Mardyck, Kiddy Squat, cinema, boat trip around the port, casino, ice rink, Olympic-size swimming pool.
- Beach and sea wall at Malo les Bains
- Water sports: sailing, coastal sailing, paddle, kitesurfing, speedsailing, sand yachting, kayaking.
- Numerous walking and cycling trails, Cap Gris Nez, Voie Verte cycle route.
- Nature reserves: Dune du Perroquet, Dune Marchand, Dune de Wulf, Platier d'Oye nature reserve.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house. Parking spaces are available for 4 vehicles. The closed garage can accommodate one vehicle

- Ostend-Bruges airport (OST) 55 km away or Brussels airport 160 km away
