La disponibilité de l’hôte et la propreté.
Deux lits sur trois sont situés dans un souplex sans fenêtre, accessible par un escalier typique d’une descente de cave. Dans cette « chambre » une porte donne sur les fondations en parpaing du bâtiment, fermée par un simple loquet. Nous étions 3 adultes, aucun de nous n’a souhaité y dormir car la pièce est trop angoissante. Ce détail (pourtant très important!) n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Le logement est humide, et l’odeur y est désagréable.
