Nestled in the tranquil hills that mark the border between Tuscany and Romagna, this agriturismo is the ideal place for a relaxing, peaceful, and authentically connected holiday with nature. Here, you can rediscover the pleasure of slowing down, savor traditional cuisine, and taste excellent local wines, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes. A few minutes' drive away is the picturesque village of Modigliana, where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of Italy: historic cafés, weekly markets, quiet streets, and the warmth of the locals will make you feel instantly at home. Thanks to its strategic location, the estate is also perfect as a starting point for exploring some of central Italy's most fascinating art cities, such as Florence, Bologna, and Ravenna. And if you're looking for a day at the beach, the Adriatic coast is just an hour's drive away. This rustic apartment is located on the nearby property called Casetto, elevated above Settimano, about 500 meters away. It offers an atmosphere of absolute tranquility and privacy, with a splendid view of the valley and the village of Modigliana. Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue with a panoramic gazebo for their exclusive use (not shared with other guests!), perfect for al fresco dining surrounded by nature. Of course, those staying at Casetto can use all the amenities offered by Settimano, including the swimming pool.
