Ground floor: entrance, separate toilet, living room, fully equipped kitchen (espresso machine and filter coffee maker, 5-burner stove, etc.) with laundry area (washing machine), shower room, veranda-dining room, bedroom (160x200 cm bed). Upstairs: lounge area with TV, Play Station and Wii consoles, "child" or adult bedroom (90x200 cm bed) with many toys, bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with open bathroom area (bath and toilet). Heating included in the rates. Private enclosed garden, outdoor games (table tennis, etc.), parking for 3 vehicles. Non-smoking accommodation.
