PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Villa Soleil is a private villa with pool in Le Marche region, nestled among the gentle hills of Montemaggiore, just a few minutes from the beaches of Fano. This villa is more than just a holiday home: it’s a haven of peace, nature and harmony. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home, with that extra touch to make every moment special. The large fenced garden is a safe and rejuvenating space where children can play freely and your four-legged friends are welcome. You’ll also find a dual-depth swimming pool, ideal for little ones too, a table tennis area and a multifunctional fire pit, perfect both for lighting a convivial fire and for grilling meat. The outdoor porch, furnished with a lounge area and dining table, is perfect for relaxing with a good book, sharing an aperitif at sunset, or enjoying dinners under a starry sky. Villa Soleil is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants to experience Le Marche region in complete freedom—between days at the beach, excursions to historic villages and plenty of delicious food. The property is completely fenced-in.
The villa is on three levels. The entrance on the ground floor opens onto an open-plan space featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a TV area with a sofa, with direct access to the outdoor porch furnished with comfortable seating and a dining table for al fresco meals. On the same floor, there are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds available on request) and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where there is a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined upon request. The basement level with access to the outside features another open-plan area with a second kitchen, a large dining table and a TV area with sofa and double sofa bed, as well as a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, except basement. The property allows a maximum of one pet.

Everything was perfect. Owners are super cutes, and gentles, the garden is incredible beautiful, size is perfect, swimmingpool is very well designed, thinking of every age.
